- Covered Area is defined as within 25 miles of my residence. Each additional 10 miles = an additional 10 dollars
- California notarization fee is $15 per notarized signature.
- There is no travel fee if you come to my location. You only pay for the notarization.
- $40 to one location in my covered area thru 8pm.
- $75 to one location in my covered area after 8pm
- Loan Signing Fees are Negotiable.
- We accept Credit Card and Apple Pay via Square Up and Paypal Chip Reader, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Business Check, Cash, (We do not have change for Cash Transactions, Please have exact amount)
- If for any reason I travel to your location and the Notarization can't take place due to no fault of mine, you are still responsible for the travel fee.

- Rolling Fee is $30 Each for 2nd-10th Card for same person
- Rolling Fee for 10 or more persons in the same location is $30.00 Per Person

Process Server
- Standard Service: No Rush Process Serve in Fairfield, Ca, 90.00. (3 Attempts within 7 Calendar Days), 15.00 Additional for Vacaville, Vallejo, Benicia, Napa, American Canyon.
- Rush Service: Process Serve (Drop Everything) - Additional 90.00 (1st Attempt Same Day) 3 Attempts within 7 Calendar Days if necessary
- Substitute Service: Completed After Standard Service Fail 90.00
- Exceptional Notary Files Affidavit with County, 60.00
- Notarize Affidavit 35.00 - (15.00 Per Signature + 20.00 Travel Fee)
- Court Research/Document Retrieval or Courier Service 90.00 and up
- Please note: My standard business model is to Serve the affected party and it is your responsibility to File the Affidavit with the County Clerk's office. In addition, the Affidavit may need to be Notarized. I am a Notary Public but I cannot Notarize any documents that I have created. Consequently, your Affidavit will need to be notarized by a Notary other than Wil Ussery. Exceptional Notary can provide this service for an additional fee of 35.00.
